JT-X1 Induction Paper Rapid Moisture Meter Operation Method:

1、 Select the gear according to the different types of paper being tested.

Grade 1: Copperplate paper, photocopy paper, fax paper

2nd grade: Newsprint, Whiteboard, Coated Board

3 levels: corrugated paper, writing paper, kraft paper, box board paper

4th grade: Paper weighing less than 50 grams

Grade 5: Pulp board paper

6 levels: cardboard boxes, corrugated cardboard

Due to different paper structures, their dielectric constant also varies. The above levels are recommended. If there is any error, please compare and verify. For example, when measuring a paper with a known moisture content of 8%, if the dial is turned to 6th gear, the number will display as 08.0. In the future, when measuring similar paper, the dial should be turned to 6th gear.

2、 Handheld moisture detector (probe should not come into contact with the tested object), turn on the switch (press the ON button), the number should be displayed within ± 00.5. If it is not within its range, slowly adjust the zero adjustment knob (ZERO) to display the number within ± 00.5.

3、 Measurement: Due to the use of electromagnetic wave scanning technology, the scanning depth of the instrument is 50mm. Therefore, when measuring, the thickness of the paper box should be at least 50mm or more. Turn on the switch (press the ON button), press the probe tightly onto the paper surface, and ensure that the sensor head contacts the paper surface in a straight line, while keeping the instrument parallel to the paper; After the number stabilizes, the displayed number is the moisture value of the tested substance.
